What Causes Constipation And A Strained Bowel Movement?

I had constipation and had a very strained bowel movement. My bowels are moving ok now but I have a dull ache in the middle very lower part of my abdomen and it increases when I use the bathroom to urinate or have a bowel movement. What could this be?

Following are the cause of constipation problem like....

Inadequate fluid and lack of inadequate high fiber may cause constipation problem.

Decrease gastric motility may cause constipation.

Intestinal obstruction may ruled out.

In irritable bowel syndrom constipation relived by diarrhea. Stool consistency change and bloting of stomach are symtomes of irritable bowel syndrome.

In hypothyroidism may cause constipation problem.

Inactive lifestyl may cause constipation problem.

Do following investigation like cbc, stool examination test , Abdominal ultrasound sonography.colonoscopy can do if needed.
