Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Regular constipation, pain in lower abdomen, running out of breath, weakness and feeling sleepy, can not concentrate for the last semester is a long time to suffer hence needs the following in such a situation:
The causes can be varied and multiple and may not be related to each other.
The possible causes can be as follows:
IBS that is irritable bowel syndrome of constipation type, usually the causative factor is stress and anxiety or intolerance to foods.
Depression and headache can be due to the same.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get an opinion of a Gastroenterologist and hence a clinical evaluation, examination and investigations like tests of stool, blood.
Ultrasonography and CT scan of the abdomen if indicated.
Colonoscopy.
All these tests are necessary either to confirm or to rule out the causes and get treated id a specific cause is found.
If all the investigations are normal, then the obvious diagnosis is IBS-C as discussed above and treatment of the stress and anxiety can helps to alleviate your most of the symptoms.
Additional symptomatic management in the form of stool softeners, laxatives, suppositories may be needed. Increase the fiber input in foods.
Avoid all the foods and beverages that cause the symptoms.
Paracetamol, multivitamins and other symptomatic and supportive treatment can help you the most.
