What Causes Constipation, Abdominal Pain And Black Stool After Hysterectomy?
I m 6 days out of hysterectomy surgery and still in a lot of pain and can t really poop and what little I have has been really black and really foul smelling and my stomach cramps really bad because I can t go and I ve tried stool softener with no luck

I really appreciate your concern, it may be due to infection and most of the time it must be protozoa infection and condition can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days on tentative basis, some time it may be self limiting if not the infection condition, hope this information helps.
