This is Dr Suchda , very much want to help you in your query . It is matter of concern that you are loosing weight constantly and as a result feeling extremely weak . Some times , if we are not doing any exercise or less active in life , You have not given Height , Weight . How you are occupied in life ?.
I would like to suggest you to consult you local practitioner , and get some basic tests (routine check up )done to ascertain cause of weakness ,which is essential after the age of 50 yrs .
Mean while I will suggest , take care of your of you diet . Take lot of water, do Paranyam , kapalbhatti ,Anulomvilom Bhrameri and Omkar Naad and take proper rest .
