What Causes Constant Vaginal Discharge After Having Sex?

I am 19 years old and I have had 12 sexual partners in my past. As soon as I started having sex (my sophomore year of high school) I've had a constant discharge (24 hours a day till this day). The discharge is usually clear or white and occasionally it appears yellow. Most of the time is has no odor, but sometimes has a fishy smell like a yeast infection. I went to a gyno the year it started happening and they said it was because I was young (didn't perform any tests). So I waited, last year I got a UTI and when I went to get it checked out they said I also had a yeast infection. I've never been checked for STDs. I've always had extremely irregular periods (sometimes lasting for 2 months with a few days break, from lasting 3 days with a two month break). I recently got back together with my boyfriend from last year and we had sex once. This morning he said it was painful to pee and he had a yellow-ish discharge. He went to the doctor and they claimed it wasn't an infection and on Wednesday he's getting blood work done. I don't have insurance and I can't even afford food, I'm not really sure what to do.

Hi dear, I have gone through your detailed history and have understood your problem. With the number of sexual partners, you are at a great risk of having varied types of sexually transmitted infections.
Currently you have been diagnosed to have fungal infection which can be treated by local medicines also. You will have to take these medicines with doctors prescription only.
However, follow up hygiene is very important lest you get reinfected.
Moreover, both the partners have to take the treatment simultaneously lest reinfection is guaranteed.
With repeated fungal infections, I would advise you to get examined for other STDs - in particular HIV. In HIV, repeated fungal infections do occur. Along with fungal infections, the chances of concurrent other STDs has to be considered.
