Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that you are having pain through out your body. You should investigate yourself for thyroid, diabetes, vitamin deficiencies etc. Till then you can take Mecobalamin and EvionLC. Analgesic such as ibuprofen can be taken for pain relief. If this is not effective then tramadol is strong and will be effective. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
