What Causes Constant Tingling At The Tip Of Penis?

I have a constant tingling (not severe) at the tip of my penis that makes me feel like I have to pee. But when i go to the bathroom little to nothing comes out. It sort of reminds me of the numerous kidney stones I have had but no other symptoms of kidney stones are present. And I have been married to the same wonderful woman for a few years and seriously doubt she has any std s nor do I. what else could this be? Regards, keith

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Short Answer: May be Urinary Tract Infection.

Detailed answer:

Thanks for asking on HCM.

You may be having an infection of urinary tract. Here you will have frequent urge to urinate, burning pain while urination. Try to drink plenty of water. Avoid spicy food for some days. Drink butter milk. If your symptoms persists even after few days then it's better to consult a doctor who will get it examined. Doctor may ask for an urine examination. It is treated with medication.

Hope this helps.

If you have any other query, feel free to ask.
