Hi Doctor, I have a constant issue of sneezing and running nose whenever I get in the morning and sometimes even late night but mornings are unbearable. I keep sneezing continuously for almost one hour with running nose. Can you please let me know why this is happening and with some remedy.
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of constant sneezing and runny nose which is due to allergic infection of upper respiratory tract infection and common cold.
Need not to worry. I would suggest you to take anti inflammatory medication such as Levocetrizine. You should use throat lozenges and go rinses with warm saline water. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Take diet rich in vitamin B12. You should take antibiotics such as Levofloxacin or Azithromycin for 5-7 days. You should get blood test and swab test done. Keep youself in moist environment and avoid dust. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined by ordering throat swab test and CT scan to rule out sinusitis. You should Chew a Vitamin C pellet. Take decongestants and mucolytic agents.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
