What Causes Constant Pain On Collarbone?

I have been having constant pain on my collarbones. My throat also feels tight and as if something is stuck there. I m constantly clearing my throat but it does not help. should I be concerned? this has been going on for a 2 to 3 months on and off, but the last 2-3 weeks it s constant.

you seem to have a reflux problem. Try taking anti-acid medicines. Get checked for thyroid problem. I suggest you should visit an ENT doctor, he will do a laryngoscopy and confirm the presence of reflux if any.
