What Causes Constant Pain And Tenderness In The Pelvis?

I am having pelvic pain that is constant. It s tender to the touch and I m bloated. It started after having several watery bowel movements. I had a partial hysterectomy several years ago. It feels like pain from having a cyst. Could it be a cyst even though I don t have a uterus?

Thank you for your question.
Yes you can have a cyst after removal of uterus
most of cysts are from the ovary. confirm if the ovaries were removed simple ultra Sound will do that.
pain in the pelvis after loose motion is likely to be acute colitis
Pelvic inflammatory Disease (PID)
It's better ti do
stool ova and cyst rule out amoeba
stool occult blood
Urinalysis to rule out UTI
apart from ultra sound CT scan pelvis can be of use.
Colonoscopy and biopsy.
Treatment Will depend on the results of investigation.
