What Causes Constant Nausea, Dizziness And Lower Back Pain?

Hi, My 16 year old daughter has been feeling nauseous consistantly for about four days. She has been eating normally . She is feeling dizzy she says and like she might faint. She says her lower back is sore. Also pains in her abdomen area . Sounds like pain in her bladder area. Guess we should take her to see someone straight away ?
