What Causes Constant Migraine Headaches, Cough, Nausea And Vomiting?

My sister is 34 years old and for the past few days has had a constant migraine, tooth pain, fever, cough, nausea, vomiting, and mouth sores. Her current medical conditions are as follows diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, GERD, osteomylitis, and a gallbladder removal 3 years ago. She currently has no insurance so she does not take the meds prescribed to her. I would like to know what could be causing her current symptoms and if I should take her to our local ER. Thank you for your time

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
By your history and description, she is mostly having stress and anxiety related symptoms migraine headache, nausea and vomiting.
So better to consult psychiatrist and get done counselling sessions.
Try to identify stressor in her life and start working on its solution.
She will need anxiolytic drugs (propranolol and flunarizine combination).
Combination of pantoprazole and levosulperide twice daily on empty stomach will be helpful for nausea and vomiting.
Don't worry, she will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wishing good health to your sister. Thanks.
I find this answer helpful
