What Causes Constant Heart Palpitations?

I have been experiencing heart palpitations for some time, along with feelings of jitteriness. I have had an EKG, a stress test and a heart echo. All they found was I had a right bundle branch block that I have probably had since birth. Could this just be anxiety?

Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Congenital right bundle branch block (RBBB) should be treated if patient is having palpitations, tachycardia and jitteriness.
So consult cardiologist and get done Holter monitoring (24 hours continuous recording of Ecg).
Holter monitoring will also tell you if any other conduction defect is present or not.
Now a days Radio Frequency Ablation (RFA) is the treatment of choice for symptomatic RBBB. And it is having good results.
Don't worry, you will be alright, consult cardiologist and discuss all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
