What Causes Constant Hearing Of Sound In Left Ear?
I heard sounds in my left ear since one year ago. If i will blow with my nose and mouth closed, the pressure in my left ear will be gone and i can sense that my left will be ok but in a few seconds it goes to its original problem. What is happening to my left ear?

For your problem check blood pressure first to rule out hypertension. Check thyroid problem by serum TSH estimation. Impacted wax and otitis media like condition also needs to be ruled out. Otoscopy ear examination should be done. Audiometry will be beneficial for further work up
If no specific cause found than tinnitus masker can be wear with reassurance
