What Causes Constant Headaches?
I ve been experiencing headaches on a daily or weekly basis since the holidays. Granted, I have been under a lot of stress, have drank alcohol from time to time, and sleep has not been great. That said, I typically drink 24 or more oz of water each day, am active, and eat pretty healthy. I ve never experienced frequent headaches however.

as per history it looks like u are having tension type headche or alcohol withdrawal headache
to treat tension type headche decrease your stress level .if it severy take paracetamol 500 mg.
