What Causes Constant Headache, Fatigue And Dizziness?

I have a constant headache, fatigue, lightheadedness, dizziness, feel like I m going to pass out at times --especially if I get too hot, no energy whatsoever, worse dry eyes than usual, shortness of breath --i.e. just walking from a grocery store to my car in the parking lot, sometimes it feels like my heartbeat is going to jump out of my chest, and I ve noticed some chest pain here and there...???

please undergo a complete evaluation.
there are more than one condition that can lead to your symptoms.
therefore it is important to rule out others and find the correct cause of your problems before treatment.
Do a resting ECG, stress test to rule out cardiac causes.
do blood T3,T4,TSH to see if thyroid is functioning normally.
Do a CBC to rule out anemia
