I have had full blood work ... Normal I have had CT scans ... Normal I have had MRI ... There a few punctuate T2 hyperintense foci in the white mater of both cerebral hemispheres probably due to minimal chronic microangiopathic ischemic changes. I have arthritis and degenerative disk in neck and lower back. I have had blood work for rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Lyme disease ... All negative but have swelling in right hand joints I am 46 years old. I years ago ninjas nystagmus which lasted 5 hrs and lost my hearing in my right ear. It since has returned. I have constant dizziness, heachache for six months, fullnes in my right ear, tinnitus, pain in all my joints, light sensitivity and sound sensitivity. I have occasional blackouts and fall. Were more often. Year ago. I don t drive and can t leave home unless attended. I work 4 hrs a day sleep 4 hrs when I get home and then from 10pm-7am. Any ideas.
