What Causes Constant Cough Anf Fever?

Ive been having coughing fits for about 5 days now, coughing up phlegm (some of it blood tinged, probably because of my hard coughing), dizziness, stuffy and runny nose, hard to breathe, and a constant fever ranging from 100 F to 103 F. It feels like there's stuff (phlegm maybe?) deep in my lungs, I can feel it when i try to breathe deep, but I cant get it out. I'm also breastfeeding, and I have no medical insurance what-so-ever. What should I do?
