What Causes Constant Arthritis While On Tylenol?

I m 70 and basically healthy except for arthritis in my shoulders and arms. My doctor is taking me off Tylenol 3 and Lorezapam. I take them for Migraines that get out of control of Sumatriptan as well as constant arthritis Pain. I ve taken the combination of Diazapam and T3 for over 25 years. Now it will be Codeine and Asprin and possibly Gabapentin. The pain is constant now and keeps me from sleeping well.

Hello,

I have studied your case.

You may need manipulation under anaesthesia or arthroscopic adhesion release if its associated with frozen shoulder.

You may consult physiotherapist for post operative rehabilitation
He may start TENS ,or ultrasound which is helpful in your case.

Also check your vit B12 and vit D3 in your blood.
You may again need diazepam if sleeping doesnt improve.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health.

Take care
Regards
