What Causes Constant Abdominal Cramping And Nausea Post Trauma?

Hi there, I fell down the stairs just a couple nights ago on my bottom that left a large dark bruise that showed up later on the next day. I then started experiencing bad stomach pain/cramping the second day after the fall that was pretty constant but would go away at times and then return. I was thinking maybe gas, but I don t usually feel like this. Now I woke up today also feeling this stomach cramping/pain that has again been very constant and now I m feeling a little more on the nauseous side and it seems my head is starting to feel lightheaded and am getting headaches. Any ideas?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is not the direct injury or trauma to abdomen area then symptoms may not be due to fall but it could be due to something else and most probable cause could be dyspepsia you can try Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day and Domperidone 30 mg hope this information helps.
