What Causes Constant Abdominal Bloating And Gas With Constant Urge For Bowel Movement?

I have been having a lot of Gastro problems like constant bloating, gas and an almost constant urge for a bowl movement. have had two colonoscopies and an upper GI and have found nothing. Lately my anus has been feeling chapped quite often any advice?

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have constant abdominal bloating and gas with constant urge for bowel movement . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like irritable bowel syndrome , gas pains , gastroenteritis , giardiasis , constipation , lactose intolerance , ulcerative colitis or inflammatory bowel disease . I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination . Doctor may order CT scan , ultrasoung , stool test and endoscopy . Doctor may prescribe omeprazole , laxative , antibiotics like ornidazole and albendazole . For now eat light , avoid non spicy and heavy food , drink plenty of water and eat fibrous diet .
