Hi,Dear,Thanks for your query to HCM.
Dear I read your query and reviewed it with context to your query facts.
I understood your health concerns and feel Concerned about them.

Based on the facts of your query, you seem to suffer from-

TBI(Traumatic Brain Injury) with Concussion with Optic nerve Edema and compression.
Vomiting and loss of peripheral vision- is due to the cerebral concussion causing increased intracranial tension, leading to optic nerve edema and compression on the side of head hit.
Do's for YOU-
Consult a neurosurgeon and opthalmologist team. They will assess your case and would treat the causes in your case accordingly.
Other causes of the Tunnel Vision needs to be kept in mind and need to be ruled out-like-Glaucoma/ Brain Tumour/ Optic lobe ischaemia or SOL/ etc.

Hope this reply would help you to plan further treatment with your doctors there.

Welcome for any further query in this regard.

Good Day!!
