What Causes Cold Sweat In My Belly?

hi.in the morning b4 i jog i take almost a liter of lukewarm water.during cooling down after 1 hr of exercise i experience cold sweat in my belly and almost all my body. b4 i dont drink water during the exercise.i only drink after.the cold sweat is gone after drinking water,some massage and little food. gil

I really appreciate your concern and I would like to say you that this is the physiological condition and such symptoms are not indicative of any disease and this varies from person to person, it is depends how your metabolic functions react after the exercise and nothing to worry about this, still for safe side cardiac function need to be evaluate, take care and have a nice day.
