What Causes Cold Sensation In The Arms And Chest?

Inhad a funny turn last night. Started with cold feeling running through my veins done my arms and the across my chest. No pain or discomfort. Then body went limp. Was aware of paramedics but found it difficult to speak to them as took too much focus. Eventually came back but all vital SATS ok...blood pressure, ECG, blood sugars. Baffled
