What Causes Cold Extremities And Dizziness?
I am 47 years old in good health.. In the last year I have done the south beach diet and lost at least 40 lbs. I run, swim, do yoga and eat healthy. The doc started me on testosterone shots after we discovered the gel iwas using wasn't working. I feel much better. Problem I am having is that I get cold very easily now. Cold hands feet. Also recently I have gotten light headed in yoga class.. Any ideas what the cause may be?

Hello I just read your query and from what you have mentioned it appears that you might be having either low blood sugar levels or low blood pressure levels that's the reason behind your symptoms.
