Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
Secondary to
common cold you could have developed fluid in ear.
Our ears are connected to back of nose through a tube. During common cold,
sore throat and
sinus infection the function of this tube is affected leading to ear block.
Nothing to worry, you will be fine.
I recommend the following.
1) Decongestant like levocetrizine with
phenylephrine tablet.
2)
Oxymetazoline nasal drops.
3) An exercise: Close your nose by pinching, close your mouth and blow air. You can ear a pop up sound in ears. This will open up the tube connecting ear with back of nose. So that the block is released and the ear fluid is drained.
Repeat this exercise 6 to 7 times a day for 5 days.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health.
Regards,
