Hello and welcome to HCM,
All your symptoms may be related or may be separate entities.
Feeling cold with chills and rigors are seen in cases of infections like bacterial infection, malaria etc.
You need to get a blood culture to look for any infection or any evidence of sepsis.
Swollen lips are usually seen in allergic reactions.
Light headedness can be associated with fever, tiredness or anemia.
Watery mouth is a non-specific symptom and does not suggest any disease process.
I suggest you to consult your primary healthcare provider for clinical assessment, relevant investigations and thus treatment.

Thanks and take care
