Hello,

It is true that exposure to cold temperature, and and windy cold weather can cause stiffness of the joints, increased muscular tension, slowing of nerve conduction and lowering of body core temperature and hypothermia. This stiffness and tension can certainly be painful at the time from increasing muscle tension. You can do exercise or put warm compress on your back. If it not better you can meet physiotherapy. Slightly rhinitis you can try antihistamine medicine for your post nasal drip. Sleep more enough also helpful and health food and fruit it is good for a cold.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
