General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,
As per your descriptions, it could be a boil or shingles or some fungal infection but needs to be inspected at least once to at a certain conclusion.

Without clinical examination,i will not be able to comment exactly what the lesion is or how it looks to be.

You might need antibiotics (cephalosporins preferred) with analgesics and anti-inflammatory to get rid off that.

After taking antibiotics orally with anti fungal drugs and it might burst out leading to pus drainage or blood drainage if it is boil.

You wash them with savlon and water.Only 3 days course of antibiotics Would be sufficient.

Consult dermatologist for further advise.
