What Causes Cloudy Urine And Stomach Cramps?

Hello i was wondering why ive had cloudy urine and kind of strong cramps? Ive had my mirena for almost a year now and ive noticed that ive had alot of bloating and cramping lately. And also for my periods ive had a brownish discharge instead of my normal period these past couple of months. I was wondering what is the reason of my symptoms.

More stomach bloting may cause abdominal cramps.

In urinary tract infection or bladder infection or kidney problem may cause cloudy urine problems.

Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
