What Causes Cloudy Urine And Burning Sensation In Lower Abdomen?

I have very cloudy urine. No burning when urinating, just buring through the night more than the day in my lower abdoman. I have had my bladder checked in the hosp but the dr just saw cloudy urine. He though maybe cystitis, but we don't know for sure and I left for my 6 month stay in the states. Now it is starting again . He had me on norploxacin 400mg???????????
