What Causes Cloudy Urine, Abdominal Pain And Bloating?

yes I think I have a uti took an otc test negative.. My urine smells like plastic and cloudy I had a yeast infection last week mostly cleared up had relations and then back to square 1 I thought and pain now whe I go to the bathroom. pain also in my abdominal area and back and bloating.
