What Causes Cloudy And Smudgy Vision After Cataract Surgery?

I am terrified. I had cataract surgery in both eyes last year Mar., Apr. and had Yag surgery in my left eye to rid vision of cloudy, smudgy vision, but it did not work! Therefore I cancelled surgery for right eye until I know what's happening. One month after cataract surgery I had a vitreous detachment in BOTH eyes which left me with many huge floaters and later smudges....I do not know what to do now I have toric implants in both eyes. Please ,, please help me.
