What Causes Clogging Up Of Ears, Tightening Of Jaw And Fainting?

hi. I smoked meth, cigarettes, and weed for 7 years. I quit all 7 months ago because I couldn t breathe and was going numb, and heating up, and one time my eyes started rolling back into my head and I nearly fainted. Anyways, I used to be able to do almost anything physically, now I have good days and bad days. I can t really over exert myself to do anything, and even though now I eat 3 meals a day, take vitamins, and drink a lot of water daily, I still have these unusual episodes. My ears clog up, my jaw tightens up (right around the cheek-bone or temple), and I almost black out and faint. My only strategy to counter this is by holding water in my mouth. Please, my question is: what is going on with me? Has all the smoking I ve done made something collapse in my brain?

Hi! Let me inform you that it takes quite some time for the chemicals in tobacco, "meth" and "weed" to disappear from your body. You have mentioned that you were clean for 7 months. I congratulate you on this. You need more time to increase your strength. Please do not over exert for at least a year ahead. You mention fears about brain damage. Yet, you could type and ask this question. There are no real neurological issues here. I suggest that you try a muscle relaxant drug and take it easy. "Meth" users are known to be hyper all the time. That part of your life is over. Try to switch to being your normal self. I reassure you this. Thanks, Dr. Neel Kudchadkar.
