What Causes Clicking, Pins And Needles Sensation In Elbow?

Hi Dr Siegel, For the past 4 weeks my knees, clicks, locks up and if by accident I twist the wrong way the pain is like the funny bone on the elbow when you hit it. I just had a MRI on my right knee all looked ok only small suprapatellar effusion and tiny baker s cyst noted with adjacent minor subcutaneous oedema. I read a bit on line sounds to me like relates to fluid in the knee but I have no swealling and there was no injury that caused the knee to be this was just started one day. I do have the MRI on CD incase the person who did the report mis some thing.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, looking to the history given here it can be said that it is the case of single joint arthritis, now what the finding is there it suggestive of some inflammatory changes are there and to get this more specific it is better to get done the orthoscopic examination of knee joint hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
