What Causes Clear Vaginal Discharge With Constipation?

Im only a teenager and I always have a clear discharge which leaves my underwear dirty, i found out that it can happen from sex etc but im a virigin..and recently i feel like i need the toilet but i dont and its becoming so uncomfortable? Also i felt an oily substance im so confused on whats wrong?

Hi,

The clear discharge you get after straining for motion... is normal vaginal secretion... present also in all grown up virgins too.

Vaginal discharge after sex is normal vaginal secretion plus partly the semen.

The oily thing you get now is mucus secretion by rectal mucus membrane due to irritation of rectum due to hard stools.

Such mucus is also possible in intestinal infection with bacteria/amoeba/worms.... these infections also can result in constipation or loose motion & need specific treatment to resolve. Please consult your family doctor.
