What Causes Clear Liquid Discharge From Nipple Of Left Breast?

Hello, I noticed a clear liquid coming from the nipple of my left breast yesterday night, which was alarming to me because this has never happened (it had a salty taste to it, as well). What could this be a symptom of? I am looking on-line (doesn t help with the worrying, I know :) about anything from early pregnancy signs to cancer. Please note: I had sex once a week ago, and once the week before, but used protection both times. At the moment, I am expecting my period, which is usually on time, and yesterday was the 28th day of my cycle. I have also noticed some slight pain and tightness in both breasts recently (but the left breast in particular), which I had attributed to the bras that I wear that are too tight-fitting, so I never thought anything of it. (And, just a note, I am 34). I look forward to your insight..thanks!

I really appreciate your concern, such breast discharge may be nonspecific may not be having any specific reason still some possibilities are there and this need to be ruled out as long as the salty test is concern this cuold be liquiified puss, sebaceus material, lymph, but this is nothing to worry, unless dianosed something clinically, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
