What Causes Clammy In Hands, chest, face And Dizziness After Taking BP Medicines?

I take a very low dose high blood pressure medicine. I feel ok in the morning until I take my medicine. Then I get hot face and neck, very clammy on my hands, arms, chest, face. My stomach is cool. Light headed, and some what dizzy and no energy.

Hello,

As per the details provided by you, it seems like your BP medicines need to be reviewed and probably changed to some other group of antihypertensive for suitable effect.

Also, I would like to suggest you to undergo thyroid profile test and well as HBA1c for blood sugar control.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nirav Nimavat
