What Causes Chronic Swelling In Submandibular Lymph Node And Nasal Cavity?

I have a chronic swollen submandibular lymph node most recently accompanied by swelling within my nasal cavity, pain and tenderness of the nose, eye, cheek, and neck of the left side of my face. lymph node is hard and moves under pressure, about the size of a robin s egg.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of chronic submandibular Lymph node, accompanied by swelling in the nasal cavity, pain and tenderness of the nose, eye, cheek and left side of face and neck.
Since you have said about the chronic nature of the disease the possible causes are:
Cancer of the left maxillary sinus or the nasal parts or
Chronic granulomatous diseases.
This can be diagnosed by:
CT scan and guided FNAC and later on biopsy of the affected area to get the proper diagnosis and to plan the surgery or medication accordingly.
Tests of blood, urine and stool are to be done as well as EKG and X-ray of the chest to determine the cause and plan the management.
