What Causes Chronic Sore Throat?

I'm a 22 year old over all healthy woman. No known medical history other than episodes of occurring nausea here and there. I'm 5'7", 118 pounds. My symptoms are a chronic sore throat switching from the right side to the left side for about a month now after a cold I had for a week.

Hi,
at the age of 22 with 118 pounds with nausa and chronic sore throat chances of suffering with Chronic gastritis and GERD is more.
Reduce your weight-(ideal= your height in cm-100) kgs.
Do not skip your meals
Chew it well and swallow
Breakfast to be heavy, lunch should be nominal and dinner should be less.
Avoid oily , deep fried food at night.
tHERE SHOULD BE 3 HRS BETWEEN DINNER AND SLEEP
try to reduce your weight 5 kg in 3 months.
