General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear, ur symptoms mentioned are suggesting that ur having a cervical spine pathology most probably. ..the disc space between 2 vertebra must have reduced which might squeeze tge off shooting nerves in cervical region leading to all ur symptoms and a cervical spine xray will gv better idea.
From treatment point of view...neck collar or cervical collar and physiotherapy will be very helpful.
Hope I have cleared ur doubts.
I find this answer helpful
