General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The back pain and testicular pain is indicative of spinal nerve compression likely due to a herniated disc. MRI spine can confirm the diagnosis. Please follow up with your primary provider for necessary evaluation. Meanwhile, take Advil up to four times daily to reduce pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi Rita Venugopal
