What Causes Chronic Pain In The Knees And Swollen Lymph Nodes?

Hi, I was contracted with TB of lymph nodes in 1.5 years back and started my medicines then and there( r cinex 600 mg, combutol 800mg, pyzina 1000mg benadon, isozid)I started getting better but developed with chronic knees pain, so my medicine was reduced to only r cinex and combutol. Later on the swelling in lymph nodes again developed after getting subsided before. Then again after proper tests in AIIMS, I was given the same medicines. And then streptomycin injections for a month. Now I am taking combutol 800mg 2 tabs a day Pyzina 1000mg 2 tabs a day Rcinex 600 mg 1 tab a day Moxifloxin 400 mg 1 tab a day Zyloric 100mg 3 tabs a day( as my Uric acid was very high) I have started developing so much pain my feet, knees, legs. I can t walk much. I can t do normal activities. Please help me.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Due to raise in uric acid level you may be having pain . These anti TB drugs cause lots of overload on liver . Hence the liver performance reduces. And may be thats the reason uric acid level is high ... once your treatment for TB stops you gwt your uric acid checked and proper medicine for that . You will get relieved
