What Causes Chronic Pain In The Feet And Legs?

Hi, I am having so much pain in my feet and legs for the last 3 months. No matter what kind of shoes I wear my feet ache and I can hardly walk. When I rub them they are so tender and sore. They throb when I m sitting. When I go to bed at night my feet still ache and feel numb like they are swelling up(but not swelling up) and feel restless. I have not been diagnosed as a diabetic. I do have a bulging disk in my lower back that give me a lot of pain when I stand too long and when i lay a certain way too long. I also have been wearing flat sandals a lot.

Hello

I think you might be suffering from Gout.

Get your Uric acid level test done once.

I would like to suggest you few tips. Please try to follow them.

1. Drink a plenty of water.
2. Apply some pain relief gel at night time to keep your pain at bay.
3. Hot fomentation will help you.
4. Take 1/4 tsf of dry ginger with one glass full of water once a day. This will help in the soreness of your feet. Don't miss it. You will be surprised after a month.
5. If possible then take tab Kaishore Guggul 2bd with one glass full of water.
6. Massage your painful area with a light hand with Mahanarayan oil or Sesame oil followed by hot fomentation.
7. Eat light and freshly prepared foods.
8. Keep fried, frozen and precooked foods at bay.
9. Don't eat curd at night. It's difficult to digest and hence is the generator of many diseases in body. Have it in breakfast and lunch. It will rather help you.

I hope the information helps you.

Thanks
Dr. Tripat
