What Causes Chronic Lower Abdominal Pain?

I am having severe pain in my lower abdomen(especially right quadrant) and severe bloating especially after urination. Went to ER today and Cat scan came back fine as well as blood work. Still feeling horrible and cant sleep due to the pain. The pain is similar to severe period cramps that can radiate around to my r back sometimes.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, your problem is pain and bloating during urination mostly indicating urinary infection. You must drink plenty of water, preferebly lemon added water. Take care of hyegiene of internal parts. Avoid keeping them wet. Use clean and dry undergarments. you can take pain killers like meftal spas for pain. If CT scan shows stones you have to consult urologist. If reports show only infection you can take antibiotics like normetrogyl or gati.
