What Causes Chronic Gas Problems ?

My daughter is 3 yrs old. since last 20 days she is suffering from chronic gas problem. On my doctors advice, I have given her histac, econorm, digene, oflox, metrogyl. The ultrsound report says that mesentric lymp nodes are seen sizes 1 to 1.5 cms. Now we are continuing metrogyl, oflox and histac. Now within 20 days her weight has gone to 11kg from 15kg. Her belly gradually starts filling with gas and by evening the belly looks like a balloon. Then she passes heavy loose stools and the belly becomes loose. Please advice.

Your query being appreciated, it seems to be abdomen distension, and it happens in case of diarrhea which is being checked with the help of medicine such medicine could cause the paralytic ileus and that should be ruled out else it is not related with the ultrasonographic finding you can discus this with her doctor hope this information helps.
