Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to hyperhidrosis. Natural remedies to treat hyperhidrosis may include herbal substances such as sage tea or sage tablets, chamomile, valerian root. Acupuncture, biofeedback, hypnosis, and relaxation techniques have also been suggested as potential treatments.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
