What Causes Chronic Difficulty In Passing Urine, Frequent Urination And UTI?

I ve been experiencing the following symptoms for years now difficulty passing urine, a slow stream, frequent urination especially at night, frequent uti s, incontinence, discharge, double streaming and the feeling that my bladder isn t emptied. Every time I m treated its for a UTI and I know its more than just that And after surfing the web for answers I m almost certain its urinary tract obstruction. Could this be the problem?

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urinary tract obstruction and recurrent infections. For males this can be due to prostate problems like benign prostate hyperplasia. This can give the same symptoms as you mentioned. Examination by an urologist and ultrasound should be done to rule out the condition. If due to prostate enlargement then drugs like tamsulosin and dutasteride will be helpful.
