What Causes Chronic Diarrhoea And Burning Sensation In The Stomach?

I have been experiencing loose motions from 3 days, really watery with tiny solid particles. I believe it was triggered by my recent over eating spree as i ate too many store bought chicken sandwiches followed by lot of beer. The motions occur 3 times a day. Other symptoms include a slight stomach burn and slight lack of appetite. I do feel hungry though. An unsual taste in my mouth. No stomach pain. Please Help!

Hello,

I really appreciate your concern, if the clinical examination does not judge what is it then you will have to go for ultrasonography test. In absence of symptom it may be the nonspecific one, still it has to be investigated, or else you can wait for some time.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Akhtarhusain
