General & Family Physician, Dr. Prakruthi's Response
Hi from what you have written here it looks like you are suffering from a sort of malabsorption - possibilities are many Whipple's disease , celiac disease, IBS. I donot intend to scare you but only after a thorough work up I will be able to pinpoint your condition. Has your doctor advised a colonoscopy? Dehydration and low sugar levels in your blood can lead to dizziness. Once the underlying condition has been corrected the SOB and spells of dizziness will subside. In the meanwhile you can take some probiotics, keep yourself hydrated by drinking flavored water n juices. Also avoid getting up or bending forward suddenly. See your doctor and discuss the possibilities. Take care :)
